Our analytics application is for our company's internal use only. It is not offered to customers, other advertisers, agencies, or third parties. It connects only to accounts owned and expressly authorized by our organization.

2. Data we process

Subject to the permissions granted by the applicable platform, we may process aggregated advertising and commerce data such as campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, advertised products, impressions, clicks, spend, attributed orders, attributed sales, budgets, bids, and related performance metrics. We may also combine these metrics with our own product cost and operational data for internal analysis.

We do not use the application to collect customer names, postal addresses, phone numbers, payment card details, or other personally identifiable buyer information.

3. How we use data

• Generate internal daily advertising and business reports.
• Monitor advertising spend, performance, and operational anomalies.
• Analyze campaign, keyword, target, and product performance.
• Calculate internal product-level profitability.
• Improve our own advertising and inventory decisions.

4. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell, rent, license, or disclose Amazon advertising data to third parties. Access is limited to authorized personnel who require it for their work. Service providers used for secure hosting or infrastructure may process limited data solely on our instructions and subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Security

We use access controls, multi-factor authentication where available, encrypted HTTPS connections, secret management, and reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect credentials and business data. API credentials are not embedded in public website code or public repositories.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain advertising and business data only for as long as reasonably needed for internal reporting, historical comparison, compliance, and operational purposes, subject to applicable platform policies and law. When data is no longer required, we delete or aggregate it using reasonable procedures.

If an authorization is revoked or an account is disconnected, we stop new API collection for that account and delete credentials promptly. Requests relating to data access or deletion can be sent to the contact address below.

7. Website information

This informational website does not provide user registration, advertising account login, payment processing, or behavioral advertising. Standard hosting infrastructure may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, platform requirements, or applicable law. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
